About the project
The project aims to empower migrant women through entrepreneurial education in the fashion industry, promoting inclusion, sustainability, and cultural diversity. It directly addresses the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme, such as inclusion, adapting VET to labor market needs, and fostering entrepreneurial learning.
Goals
Empowerment of Migrant Women: Equip migrant women with essential entrepreneurial skills and knowledge in textiles and fashion through innovative training programs.
Enhanced Collaboration: Improve cross-sectorial collaboration and knowledge sharing among partners to strengthen entrepreneurial education.
Development of Resources: Create accessible, sustainable, and innovative educational materials, including Open Educational Resources (OERs).
Promotion of Cultural Integration: Encourage the active participation of migrant women, fostering diversity and inclusion within the fashion industry.

Activities
Project Management
Coordination and communication among partners.
Monitoring and evaluation of progress.
Creation of a Project Handbook.
Blended Training and Work-Based Entrepreneurial Education Program
Development of tailored entrepreneurship curriculum.
Creation of learning materials and e-learning platforms.
Delivery of modules focusing on the fashion industry, business practices, and mentorship.
Pilot Training
Implementation of training programs in Austria and Greece.
Assessment and feedback collection to improve training content.
Dissemination and Showcasing
Conduct events, media campaigns, and a final showcase in Bulgaria.
Create visibility for migrant women’s entrepreneurial initiatives.
Share project outcomes via digital platforms and public events.
