About the project
BRIDGE4MOTHERS is an Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Vocational Education and Training (KA210-VET) that aims to improve the inclusion, employability, and empowerment of vulnerable mothers enrolled in VET programmes. The project addresses gender-based barriers in education and employment by promoting flexible, personalised, and gender-informed training approaches. Through a combination of digital upskilling and Personal, Social and Learning to Learn (PSL) competences, BRIDGE4MOTHERS supports mothers in strengthening their skills, confidence, and access to the labour market.
Goals
- To strengthen the participation and engagement of vulnerable mothers in VET programmes
- To support flexible, personalised, and inclusive VET training pathways
- To improve digital literacy and upskilling opportunities for vulnerable mothers
- To enhance Personal, Social and Learning to Learn (PSL) competences linked to employability
- To strengthen the capacity of VET trainers through gender-informed pedagogical approaches

Development of an engagement strategy and a gender-informed competences roadmap.
